After meeting our guide at the Huete Tourist Office, let's visit the Fragua Museum. Then we went to discover an old 16th century Cave-Winery, which was rehabilitated and musealized to understand winemaking. Then we will visit a Shack, an example of popular architecture consisting of houses excavated on the slope of the hill of the Castle Hill. There we will also learn the story of María, a courageous mother from post-war times. To finish the activity, we will try cheese and wine from the region in the stables of the Casa Palacio Conde de Garcinarro.
